FNFA is a collective impact effort, coordinated by Urban Health Partnerships (UHP), supported by lead agencies that include the American Heart Association, Miami-Dade County, Common Threads, Baptist Health and the National Healthy Weight Alliance. We bring together diverse stakeholders from health and non-profit systems as well as all aspects of the food system, including production, distribution, policy, and community development. Together, we’re building a comprehensive approach to tackle food insecurity and access issues in Miami-Dade, with a focus on collaboration and sustainability.

The Food & Nutrition for All (FNFA) Collaborative is a county-wide, multi-sector movement committed to advancing food security, nutrition access, and overall well-being in Miami-Dade County. Led by Urban Health Partnerships (UHP), FNFA unites community organizations, health systems, local leaders, and organizers to drive policy change, expand nutrition education, and strengthen local food systems.

Through collaborative action, innovative programs, and data-driven solutions, FNFA works to ensure that residents of all ages can access healthy, affordable, and culturally relevant food.

Join us in transforming Miami-Dade’s food system– creating a more just, resilient, and nourished future for all.
