Food & Nutrition for All Community Food Finder
When emergency food needs surge, visibility and coordination are everything. The Community Food Finder is a live, interactive platform that connects residents to verified food access points—pantries, mobile markets, farms, and community fridges—across Miami-Dade.
The Finder features:

Activating Health, Nutrition Education & Community Growth
Food & Nutrition for All (FNFA) is a county-wide, multi-sector movement coordinated by Urban Health Partnerships (UHP) and powered by key partners including the American Heart Association, Miami-Dade County, Common Threads, Baptist Health, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and the National Healthy Weight Alliance.
Together, we unite nonprofits, health systems, farms, and community leaders to:
